1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing polymath.website or enrolling in any track, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Services
We provide online learning tracks, mentoring, community spaces, and related materials (“Service”). We may update or modify content to improve learning outcomes.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts for breach, fraud, or misuse.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Fees are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds: Starter plans — 7‑day cooling‑off if less than 20% of content is consumed. Mentored/Team — cohort spots are limited; refunds only before cohort start minus processing fees.
- Chargebacks for consumed services may result in account suspension.
5. Student Work & Feedback
You retain ownership of your project work. By submitting, you grant us a non‑exclusive licence to display your work for portfolio, teaching, and marketing with credit to you. You can opt out by emailing info@polymath.website.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, brand assets, and site content are our IP or used under licence. You may not copy, resell, or publicly distribute course content without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, harassing, or infringing content.
- No attempts to bypass security or abuse the platform.
- No sharing of paid materials outside your account/team.
8. Disclaimers
We provide the Service “as is” and make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Learning results vary by participant effort and context.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may cancel anytime; provisions intended to survive termination do so.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
